How billing works
Quotation first
Every project starts with a written quotation. It lists scope, deliverables, timeline, payment schedule, and total amount. Valid 14 days unless stated otherwise.
Deposit on approval
Once you approve the quotation, a deposit reserves your production slot. Standard is 50% for engagements under $5,000, or milestone-based for larger projects.
Invoices at milestones
Invoices are issued at the milestones defined in the quotation. Each invoice carries a unique number, project reference, amount due, and payment instructions.
Final on delivery
The final payment is due on delivery of approved work. Once settled, deliverables are transferred and any project access remains available in your portal.

Only for standardized services and digital products. Creative and technology engagements are quoted per project because the scope varies too much for a single price to be accurate.
How much is a typical project?
Engagements range from a few hundred dollars for short-form edits to five-figure sums for content systems and digital platforms. The quotation defines the exact scope and amount for your project.
What currency do you invoice in?
USD by default. Local currency (KES) is available on request for Kenya-based clients. Where different, the quotation states the currency explicitly.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes for project engagements. The deposit amount and schedule are set out in the quotation. Standard is 50% for engagements under $5,000, or milestone-based for larger projects.
How long is a quotation valid?
14 days from the date of issue, unless a different validity period is stated on the quotation itself.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, for larger engagements. Milestone-based payment schedules are standard for projects over $5,000. Installment terms are agreed in the quotation.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Notify us in writing. If work has not begun, deposits are refunded in full. If work is in progress, payments are applied against completed milestones and any remaining balance is refunded under the Refund Policy.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Yes, within 7 days of purchase if the product has not been downloaded or is faulty. Full details are on the Refund Policy page.
