Refund policy
Free downloads carry no charge and are not eligible for a refund. Paid presets purchased through Payhip may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if the file is faulty, doesn't match its listing, or hasn't been downloaded. To request a refund, contact us through the contact form with your order details. Once a refund is issued, your access to the paid file is revoked.
