Refund policy.

This Refund Policy applies to digital products sold by MAKE ENT STUDIO, including presets, templates, LUTs, sound packs, and other downloadable assets.

This policy does not govern commissioned creative work (video production, motion design, digital projects, and similar services). Refunds and cancellations for commissioned work are governed by the applicable engagement agreement or client terms.

For information about how the studio prices work and how billing operates, see the Pricing & Billing page.

Refunds for digital products are available within the following conditions:

• Refund window — 7 days from the date of purchase
• Not yet downloaded — the product has not been downloaded or accessed since purchase
• Faulty or corrupt file — the file is defective, unreadable, or does not function as described
• Incorrect product — the delivered product does not match its listing
• Duplicate purchase — you were charged twice for the same product
• Unauthorized purchase — your payment method was used without your authorization

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

• The product has been downloaded and works as described
• The refund request is made more than 7 days after purchase
• You simply changed your mind after downloading
• You lack the software, hardware, or skills required to use the product
• The product's requirements were clearly stated on the listing page
• The purchase was made under a promotional discount or bundle where the terms stated no refunds

If any of the above applies but you still believe a refund is warranted, contact us and we will review your case individually.

To request a refund, email us with the following information:

• The email address used to make the purchase
• The order or transaction reference number
• The name of the product
• The reason for the refund request
• Any relevant details (for example, a description of a fault)

Send your request to support@makeent.studio.

Once your refund request is received and approved, the refund is processed back to your original payment method.

• Review — we typically respond within 2 business days
• Approval — approved refunds are issued within 3 business days
• Posting to your account — the time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider (typically 5–10 business days)

After a refund is issued, your access to the purchased product is revoked and any downloaded copies must be deleted.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us directly, we reserve the right to suspend your access to purchased products and any associated accounts while the dispute is investigated.

We encourage you to reach out first — most issues can be resolved quickly without involving your bank or card issuer. See the Payment Issues article in the Help Center for guidance.

Refunds for commissioned creative work are not covered by this policy. They are governed by the specific engagement agreement or client terms for that project, which address deposits, cancellations, milestones, and completed work.

The general framework for pricing and billing of commissioned work is described in the Pricing & Billing article in the Help Center.

If you have a question about a commissioned project, contact us at support@makeent.studio.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.

The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase, unless a change in applicable law requires otherwise.
